What Early Access Means

All users who subscribed to our mailing list before January 1, 2026 are considered our Early Access users. There are a few perks reserved for these users, mainly that seller permissions are currently available only to Early Access users.

During Early Access:

• Processes are being reviewed for quality and alignment
• We may adjust processes as we learn
• We may pause or remove listings that don’t meet basic guidelines

What You Can Sell

You may sell:

• Modest clothing and accessories
• Items that are clean, wearable, and accurately described
• Items that fit the categories available on the platform

You may not sell:

• Counterfeit items
• Items that are heavily damaged or unsanitary
• Anything inappropriate or misaligned with our community guidelines

What makes a great Zundus listing

Great listings don’t need to be perfect — they need to be clear and honest.

A strong listing includes:

• Clear photos in natural light (front/back/details)
• Honest condition notes (including flaws)
• Correct category, size, and details
• A simple, accurate title and description
• Fair pricing based on condition

Honesty builds trust. Trust builds sales.

Listing expectations (Early Access standards)

All listed items will go through a manual verification to ensure consistency with our guidelines. Any clarifications or rejections of a listed item will be communicated through an email notification.

To keep Early Access smooth, we ask sellers to:

• All listings posted must have original photos of the actual item in your possession.
• Start with a small number of listings (example: 3–10)
• List only items you’re ready to ship
• Avoid misleading descriptions or filtered photos
• Mention flaws clearly (even small ones)

Listings may be removed if:

• Photos are unclear or misleading (including only posting listings that contain stock images)
• Condition is misrepresented
• Information is incomplete (missing size, category, etc.)
• The item is prohibited

Shipping & fulfillment basics

Sellers are responsible for shipping items sold on the marketplace.

Please:

• Package items securely and respectfully
• Ship promptly after purchase
• Provide tracking when available
• Keep all communication on-platform

Payouts

Zundus uses Stripe for secure payouts.

To receive earnings, sellers must:

• Create and connect a Stripe account
• Complete any required identity verification steps

Communication & conduct

Zundus is a women-centered space rooted in respect.

We ask sellers to:

• Respond kindly and professionally
• Avoid pressure or rude language
• Keep all transactions on-platform
• Report issues instead of escalating conflict

Harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in account restriction.
